Part 1: Learning
Must admit I'm in the camp that thinks the term 2.0 is becoming an overused term that may render itself meaningless soon (my colleagues and I had a slide in our Social Web presentation called Web 2.blah ). That said, the idea of learning and utilizing technologies is still valid
So, when you hear people say I don't need to know that or what the heck is Library 2.0/Web 2.0, etc... it might help to refer them to: Learning about Learning 2.0
Part 2: Sharing
It's applicable to reference, instruction, outreach and more facets of our academic library. What we use now, what we perhaps should use in the future. and We don't have to advocate the use of every technology, but isn't it a good idea to play with technologies that libraries or librarians are using well...now?
